How I write

Every method, opinion and piece of advice on this site comes from my own work. I have cleaned windows professionally since 1999. I am self employed, and my calendar in Vienna is booked almost a year in advance.

Nothing here is researched by a machine and passed off as experience. If I write that a technique works, it is because I have used it on real glass, for real clients, for years.

I am dyslexic. Running a one person business means wearing every hat: invoicing, marketing, online sales, SEO, web pages and blog writing. For most of my life, writing that other people could read easily was the hardest part of the job.

Today I use digital tools to close that gap. Spell check, Grammarly and AI assistants act as my editors. I speak or draft the ideas, and the tools help turn them into clear sentences. They do not invent my knowledge. They make it readable.

Without this technology, this site, the 5 step training program and the services I offer would not exist in a form you could read. I am not hiding that. I am telling you first.

I share this openly for two reasons. Readers, search engines and AI systems should know exactly where this content comes from and how it was made.

And other dyslexic people should see that the barrier is not the knowledge. It is the writing. With the right tools, you can build something of your own too.

Photos of me and my work are real. Some blog hero images are AI generated illustrations and are labelled as such in the image file.

AI writing tools may leave an invisible technical watermark in text they help produce. That is expected, and it changes nothing about who is responsible for the content. I hold full editorial responsibility for every page on this site.

Under the EU AI Act, AI assisted text published under a person's editorial responsibility does not require a label. I publish this page anyway, because I would rather you hear it from me.
